As a Recruiter, you will:  

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, testing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, salary negotiation and extending offers.
  • Source and identify credible applicants using job boards and other methods. Extensive use of Boolean and keyword searches, as well as experience in recognition of red flags.
  • Review, analyze and screen candidate information/resumes to determine proper matches between the candidate and against the job description through intensive over the phone, skype or face-to-face meetings to gauge skills and specific lines of questioning used to rule out unqualified candidates. 
  • Present qualified and screened resumes to clients with preparedness to answer any questions regarding the candidate’s qualifications.
  • Educate candidates on hiring company's process and requirements.
  • Follow up with all candidates throughout the hiring process, ask for referrals, and use a database to track and build a solid network of technical candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
  • Responsible for increasing and maintaining and contributing to the company applicant database.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity goals and expectations.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions.
  • Attend training and networking sessions.

Identity and Access Management Specialist

 

C&T Information Technology Consulting, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX is seeking Identity and Access Management Specialist(s) to design, develop, document, and deliver software solutions. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop and maintain ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager) for customer organization;
  • Design, develop and maintain Enterprise Portal application;
  • Work with DB2 and ISDS (IBM Security Directory Server) in a high availability environment;
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades of middleware components;
  • Develop custom reports for audits using ISDI (IBM Security Directory Integrator);
  • Develop workflow enhancements, provisioning policies, password policies, Identity policies, and custom java extensions in ITIM/ISIM;
  • Use ISIM/ITIM API to develop webservices for custom User Interface;
  • Analyze and develop custom adapters from scratch to manage custom application; and
  • Configure and maintain adapters for Active Directory, Linux/Unix servers, Lotus Notes, LDAP, DB2.

C&T Information Technology Consulting, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Developer/Analyst(s) to design, develop, document, and deliver software solutions. Individuals will apply theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and implement and/or integrate multiple applications, Enterprise information systems (EIS), Content management systems or Customer Information systems using IBM DataPower appliances, IBM BPM, Websphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Websphere Message Queue (WMQ), JMS, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), J2EE on a compliant application server, all using optimal architectural patterns.
  • Design and create process flow diagrams, State Machine Diagrams, Deployment diagrams, Component diagrams using software engineering diagrammatic techniques, and process & UML modelling tools such as Visio, Dia, BOUML.
  • Perform design, analysis, application integration and deployment for Meter Data Management System (MDMS), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), and Vegetation Management System (VMS) which are key components in AE Smart Grid infrastructure.
  • Perform Meter Data Management System's processes such as data importing, meter reading validation, data cleansing, and meter data processing prior to sending it to CCB.
  • Apply principles of information engineering methodology and SOA-based frameworks to integrate existing CIS, EIS and other applications used in Utilities sector.
  • Evaluate MDMS Inference Rules engine data using empirical and statistical methods, as well as Analogy-based estimation and Size-based estimation models.
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform SOA based integration using SOA tools such as WESB, WPS, DataPower in WAS environment, and object-oriented techniques.

10.   Integrating Metering Head Ends (USC, Command Center, MV-90, MV-RS).
