The focus of the Recruiter is to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their employment goals. Extroversion and the confidence to engage and positively impact job seekers and colleagues is essential. While the recruiter is required to have strong initiative and self-direction, results are achieved through people, so an appreciation of individual’s needs and motivations is crucial. The communication style best suited for a Recruiter is one of “selling” rather than “telling.”

As a Recruiter, you will: 
  • Execute full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, testing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, salary negotiation and extending offers.
  • Source and identify credible applicants using job boards and other methods. Extensive use of Boolean and keyword searches, as well as experience in recognition of red flags.
  • Review, analyze and screen candidate information/resumes to determine proper matches between the candidate and against the job description through intensive over the phone, skype or face-to-face meetings to gauge skills and specific lines of questioning used to rule out unqualified candidates. 
  • Present qualified and screened resumes to clients with preparedness to answer any questions regarding the candidate’s qualifications.
  • Educate candidates on hiring company's process and requirements.
  • Follow up with all candidates throughout the hiring process, ask for referrals, and use a database to track and build a solid network of technical candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
  • Responsible for increasing and maintaining and contributing to the company applicant database.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity goals and expectations.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions.
  • Attend training and networking sessions.
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of general business, office and technical terminology, and basic computer and telephone skills.

Functional Analysts - Healthcare

C&T Information Technology Consulting, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX works with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and provides quality consulting services to other healthcare industry pharmaceutical providers.


We are seeking Functional Analysts (Healthcare) to review, analyze, and evaluate healthcare and pharmaceutical industry business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that address the specific business strategies for these providers.


Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts, as well as knowledge of the bio-medical or healthcare industry, to perform the duties of the offered position.


Job Duties and responsibilities include:


·         Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that address business strategies.


·         Prepare solution options, identify risks, and perform required financial analyses.


·         Document detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.


·         Setup and configure programs for Implementations, Upgrades and maintaining various PeopleSoft FSCM Modules.


·         Develop and execute Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports and Documentation for Web, client/server and ERP applications.




REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering or any related IT or Medical field of study providing the required knowledge and abilities, plus at least two (2) years of experience in related positions providing the required skills and abilities.


Individuals must also have demonstrable knowledge, proficiency and experience with the following:


1.    PeopleSoft FSCM modules

2.    Crystal Reports

3.    Testing tools including Test Director, QTP, HP Quality Center, LoadRunner

4.    Operating systems: UNIX and Windows


Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
