The focus of the Recruiter is to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their employment goals. Extroversion and the confidence to engage and positively impact job seekers and colleagues is essential. While the recruiter is required to have strong initiative and self-direction, results are achieved through people, so an appreciation of individual’s needs and motivations is crucial. The communication style best suited for a Recruiter is one of “selling” rather than “telling.”

As a Recruiter, you will:  

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, testing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, references, salary negotiation and extending offers.
  • Source and identify credible applicants using job boards and other methods. Extensive use of Boolean and keyword searches, as well as experience in recognition of red flags.
  • Review, analyze and screen candidate information/resumes to determine proper matches between the candidate and against the job description through intensive over the phone, skype or face-to-face meetings to gauge skills and specific lines of questioning used to rule out unqualified candidates. 
  • Present qualified and screened resumes to clients with preparedness to answer any questions regarding the candidate’s qualifications.
  • Educate candidates on hiring company's process and requirements.
  • Follow up with all candidates throughout the hiring process, ask for referrals, and use a database to track and build a solid network of technical candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
  • Responsible for increasing and maintaining and contributing to the company applicant database.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity goals and expectations.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions.
  • Attend training and networking sessions.

Technical Architect


C&T Information Technology Consulting, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX is seeking Technical Architects to design enterprise architecture and full technology solution design and deployment. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science principles and concepts, as well as experience in enterprise architecture and database management to perform the duties of the position. Individuals will work independently, but under the direction of software developers and project managers to carry out the following duties and responsibilities: 


      Create, maintain and enhance Enterprise Data Model at the Conceptual, Logical and Physical Level using Enterprise Architecture TOGAF. 


      Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security. 


      Manage SQL Server databases through multiple project lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems, using Visual Studio 2015, Agile Project Management, and Microsoft .NET Framework.


      Consolidate and deploy SQL scripts, jobs and packages to various environments. 


      Write AVS Scripts and .NET code using Openlink Endur.


      Perform data Extraction, Transformation and Load using Microsoft SSAS, SSIS and SSRS, QlikView BI, and SISense. 


      Performance tuning using query optimization tools. 


      Plan logical architecture for Web Applications, Content Databases, Transport Security, Firewall and anti- virus using SharePoint Architecture Design, Solution Development & Migration, and ASP.NET. 


      Perform Enterprise search planning, backup planning and farm security. 


      Configure SharePoint search and developed solutions using Search API. 


      Provide guidance in implementation of Hybrid SharePoint 2013/2016. 


      Create Responsive Master page for SharePoint intranet site collection using SP2013. 


      Develop customized solutions using SharePoint Server side and client side object model. 


      Write custom tasks using C#.NET & Visual Studio. 


      Perform Data Replication, SLT based transformation and extension of table structure and portioning using Microsoft SSAS, SSIS and SSRS, Data warehousing, SAP ERP configuration and connectivity with Hana and Success Factors Employee Central. 


      Produce a comprehensive strategy using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) Role for community platform systems and successfully implement the same setting precedence for other teams to follow suit utilizing Office 365 Architecture & Development and Amazon Web Services (AWS). 



May perform other tasks normal to this occupation, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
