Q> Does C&T Information Technology work with W2 consultants only?

A> No. C&T InfoTech is proud to work with W2 and corp-corp consultants. C&T is continually looking to support fellow WBE, MBE, Veteran Owned and other Historically Underutilized (HUB) companies.

Q> What benefits do you offer?

A> C&T InfoTech offers benefits to our W2 employees, including health & dental insurance. Please contact us for details.

Q> Do you conduct background checks?

A> Yes. Many of our clients request that we conduct background checks for consultants working at the client-site or having access to client information. Candidates selected for hire may be required to undergo criminal background checks and a drugs screen in accordance with Federal and State laws. Offer of employment to our W2 and corp-corp consultants is contingent upon the successful result of a background check.

Q> Does C&T sponsor H1’s?

A> C&T does sponsor H1’s however an H1 Transfer will be determined on a case by case basis.
